Marinate for 15-20 minutes.Heat the oil in a sauté pan or wok over medium – high heat.Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade. Add the chicken to the pan. Cook until the chicken is heated and the extra liquid has evaporated.Add the chilies, scallions, and reserved marinade, continue to stir fry until the chicken is coated with sauce and all the ingredients are heated.Add the tomato, and stir fry until tomato is hot.Serve in a bowl. Top with sesame seeds – optional.
