Mix in the celery, and add salt and pepper to taste.3. Place in refrigerator, and chill for minimum of two hours to allow the flavours to marry together.4. Toss the cooked and diced shrimp in the red pepper salad dressing, and chill.5. Lightly butter cut side of the buns, and heat griddle or large non-stick fry pan over medium heat.6. Add bun, butter side down, and cook until golden brown (about 2 minutes). 7. Remove from heat, and spread mayo mixture over bottom of each bun, and then top with shrimp mixture.8. Garnish with tomato, avocado and lettuce, if desired.
