Add the raw shrimp and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally.2. Pre heat BBQ to medium heat.3. After 30 minutes, grill the shrimp for 1.5-2 minutes per side. When cooked set aside to cool.4. In a large mixing bowl place lettuce, cilantro and sliced fennel and add remaining dressing. Mix well and set aside.5. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Cross hatch the cuts and scoop out the flesh.6. Place the salad mixture on the plate top with avocado, grapefruit pieces, shrimp and feta cheese. Serve.
