Use the portion planning tool to calculate exactly how much of each ingredient you’ll need.Cut the vegetables first and set aside.Heat the wok or large sauté pan and add the oil.When hot add the garlic and ginger and let cook for a few minutes. This will season the oil.Add the vegetables and let cook for 2-3 min stirring over medium to high heat, but do not let the vegetables brown. Keep moving the mixture around at all times.Add the diced, pre-cooked pork and turn heat to high, but do not overcook.Turn down the heat and add the sauce of your choice. Mix until all ingredients are coated. Serve on a platter or plate or over rice.  (Tip – Rice may be served on the side)
