Combine basil, half of the pistachios, lime juice and garlic in a food processor or blender. Blend until all ingredients are finely chopped.2. Melt the butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Pour the melted butter into the processed ingredients slowly to combine. 3. Remove this mixture from the processor when well combined.4. Chop the remaining pistachios and stir into the butter mixture.5. Add salt and pepper to taste, and hold at room temperature until ready to serve.6. Take the salmon filet and season with salt and pepper and place on a pre-heated grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side. (It may take more or less time depending on the thickness of the salmon. To keep the salmon moist, aim to cook it to medium.)7. Place salmon on a plate and top with two tbsp of the pistachio basil butter. Serve
