In a large pot bring salted water to a boil and add shell pasta; cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes) 3. Drain the pasta and set aside. Keep warm.4. In the same pot, add cream and warm up (do not let boil).5. Once warm add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, gruyere cheese and half the parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and thoroughly combined. (You must keep this warm and not let it cool down.)6. Preheat a saucepan. Add olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.7. Then add shrimp and crab meat to the sauce pan. Mix well.8. Add the pasta to this seafood mixture and mix well.9. Add cheese mix to the pasta and mix.10. Place the mixture in a lightly greased casserole dish and cover with breadcrumbs and remaining parmesan cheese. 11. Bake in the preheated oven until the breadcrumbs and the cheese are golden brown (10-15 minutes).
