Do not let the garlic brown.Add the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine or stock to deglaze the pan.Add the cream, and pre-cooked chicken, let the liquid reduce to half.Add the drained noodles and toss the mixture until fully coated.  Add more stock or wine if needed.Season to taste and top with grated parmesan cheese.Serve immediately.
