​Make just enough of this recipe. Use the portion planning tool to calculate exactly how much of each ingredient you’ll need.1. Heat large sauce pan over medium heat and add oil.2. Add the onion and garlic and cook to translucent. Add the white wine and deglaze the pan, reducing the liquid. Remove from heat and set aside.3. In a large bowl combine ricotta cheese, pesto and 2/3 of the Italian cheese (reserve the remaining 1/3 cup) and mix well.4. Add the onion mixture and crab meat, and season to taste.5. Stuff the past shells with the crab meat mixture.6. Pour 1/3 of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 2.5 inch deep baking ban.7. Place the stuffed pasta shells on top of the sauce and then pour the remaining Alfredo Sauce over the shells.8. Cover with plastic wrap, then with tin foil. Bake in a 400°F pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.9. Remove the plastic and tin foil and sprinkle on the remaining cheese.10. Broil until top is golden brown.
