Cut the meat into section or strips 1 x 2 inches.Place the pork into the crock pot with all the other ingredients. Add water to cover the meat.Place the crock pot on high heat until it simmers rapidly.Cook for 1 hour at this temperature, then turn down to medium high heat. Cook for 4-8 hours. The meat will fall apart when done cooking. Lower the heat and let the meat cook in the mixture, stir from time to time, until browned and very tender.
