Heat until all the salt is dissolved.You can either place the ribs in this mixture and slow cook on top of the stove with a lid (about 2 hours) in a slow cooker (minimum 6 hours), or in the oven in a covered pan (minimum 4 hours). When done, you will be able to twist the bone in the casing without having the meat fall apart. Remove the ribs and drain completely. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes. When the pork ribs have rested you can place them on a sheet pan, add the BBQ sauce heavily and bake in the oven at 170°C for about 45 minutes. Or you can grill on the barbeque adding the BBQ sauce as you grill.Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
